SPS Development and Deployment
The SPS (Scopus Publication System) Development and Deployment service is designed to help research teams and institutions build and implement systematic processes for managing publication workflows. This includes setting up frameworks for selecting appropriate journals, establishing pre-submission review routines, and deploying tools for seamless formatting, artwork preparation, plagiarism screening, and submission tracking. By integrating these processes, researchers can efficiently manage multiple manuscripts, streamline revisions and resubmissions, and enhance overall publication quality and impact.
In addition to publication support services, the center offers development and deployment of the SPU Scopus Publication System (SPS) for other universities and research institutions. This service enables partner institutions to establish their own centralized research publication database, modeled on the SPS framework, with capabilities including:
- Collection and management of Scopus Author ID, ORCID, and Web of Science ResearcherID
- Integration of institutional publication records indexed in the Scopus database
- Researcher profile management and performance monitoring
- Support infrastructure for faculty and graduate student publication activities
- Customization options to support institutional research strategies and reporting requirements
This service supports institutional capacity building and the sustainable development of research management systems within higher education organizations.
